Is it a sin to eat bone marrow?
Question:
I would like to know if it is a sin to eat the blood inside the chicken's bone. Before I got converted I used to eat it, but after I started to doubt if it was a sin or not too, so I would like to know if it's a sin to do that.
Answer:
"For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: that you abstain from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell" (Acts 15:28-29).
Christians avoid blood because we are commanded not to eat it.
