The tribe of Benjamin had an elite troop of 700 left-handed men who were renown for their accuracy with the sling (Judges 20:15-16). However, such a unique feature is not mentioned in connection with the priests or the tribe of Levite. In fact, you could conclude that the priests were predominately right-handed by the instructions given to the priests. For example, "And the priest shall take some of the log of oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand. Then the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle some of the oil with his finger seven times before the LORD" (Leviticus 14:15-16).
