What does “delight yourself” mean?

What exactly does it mean in scripture when it says, "delight thyself" and how does the Lord delight himself in us? Who were some of the people in the Bible that delighted in the Lord, and who did the Lord find delightful?
Answer:
The phrase appears twice in the Bible:
"Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart" (Psalms 37:4).
"Then you shall delight yourself in the LORD; And I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, And feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father. The mouth of the LORD has spoken" (Isaiah 58:14).
It means find happiness and joy in the Lord.
