I don’t practice witchcraft anymore because the Bible says it is wrong, but I still feel no evil acts are done by Wiccans. Am I wrong to feel this way?

I am struggling with a bit of guilt. And some indecisions in my life. I am at this point, committed to God and His unchanging word. I have been in this same place in my life before. The problem is that I have, in even the recent past, gotten into Wicca and paganism. I saw, then, no "real" reason that it was "bad." Everything I found on the subjects said that there is no "devil" and that Satan was an invention of Christians to "scare" people into being good. I still feel that there are no evil acts done by true Wiccans, but I feel that there is a Law about witchcraft and that I should not practice this.
For some reason, I cannot get my heart to listen to my head, that this is evil and not of God.
Will God still forgive me if my heart won't listen?

I know a number of really nice people in various denominations. They live good lives by the standards of most people, but there are aspects of their teaching which is contrary to what God has said in the Bible. They are sincere people, but they are sincerely wrong.
Paul was once like these people. "Though I also might have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so: circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee; concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, blameless" (Philippians 3:4-6). Yet Paul was wrong despite all his zeal and sincerity.
I noticed how you qualified your statement: "I still feel that there are no evil acts done by true Wiccans." I assume you do know of some evil acts done in the name of the Wiccan religion, but you feel justified in ignoring them because if they are evil, they can't be true Wiccans.
It is tough to pin down "true" Wiccan beliefs as there is no one set standard, but generally, it is accepted that Wiccans borrow their belief system from the ancient pagan religions. Thus everything that the Bible states about the falseness of idolatry apply to the Wiccan religion. Most believe in a god and goddess of the world, thus teaching contrary to what God said about himself in the Bible. "I am the LORD, and there is no other; there is no God besides Me" (Isaiah 45:5).
Many Wiccans teach that homosexuality is acceptable, contrary to I Corinthians 6:9-10. Most believe in reincarnation, contrary to the teachings in the Bible (Hebrews 9:27).
So you are stating that people can be "good" while teaching false doctrine. I can't accept that premise. "I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed" (Galatians 1:6-9).
