When a woman marries a man she becomes his wife; this does not mean that she gives up her body and mind to a man (her husband). Rape can occur in a marriage. If a wife does not consent to sex and she is forced to have sex by her husband, this is rape.
We all have rights no matter our gender, male or female. Believe whatever you want about 'your Bible', we all are human and equal. Women have equal rights to men.

And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control" (I Corinthians 7:3-5).
This passage from God's Bible forms a complete answer to your rebuttal, but I'll add a few more comments just the same. When a person chooses to marry, they are giving consent to have sexual relations with their spouse. Unlike your contention, the consent is equal between the husband and the wife. Since the consent is given at the time of marriage, rape cannot be charged.
If a sexual act is being forced upon a spouse, two sins are occurring:
- An improper withholding of sex from a spouse, thus presenting the spouse with temptations that ought not to be present in a marriage.
- Physical abuse by the spouse doing the forcing.
