How many times does the Bible mention prayer, salvation, healing, and money?
Question:
I was searching for some information when I saw your site. The questions are, how many times in the Bible does it mention the four following items:
- prayer
- salvation
- healing
- money [tithes]?
I wanted to witness on these items and the importance of them but did not know where to look on the information highway.

Knowing how many times a particular topic is mentioned in the Bible does neither you nor those listening to you any good. Something could be mentioned only once and be absolutely critical to know. Or, something could be mentioned many times, but it is only an incidental. You cannot know until you understand the topic. And you can only understand the topic by living it. "For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil" (Hebrews 5:12-14).
So learn the topics, not incidental facts, such as how many times they are mentioned; apply it to your life and then teach what you know to others.
