Help me decide what to do about the man I love, but with whom I committed fornication

Question:

I  am a girl of 25 years. I am born again. I am in love with a man whom I love and we trust each other. He is not a born-again Christian and we are not married. In our relationship, we decided not to have sex before marriage. We are in a distance relationship. Recently he came to visit me in my room at work, and we found ourselves engaged in fornication. Please help me decide what to do because I am feeling guilty because I have sinned before God.

Answer:

"Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9-10).

You are dating a guy who did not keep his word about no sex before marriage, led you into fornication, doing so at your workplace. It appears to me that you put your trust in the wrong person.

You sinned, and so you need to repent of that sin (II Corinthians 7:10-11). Along with that, you need to reevaluate whether you can have a man in your life who doesn't respect your values and does not keep his word.
