Did Deborah lead worship and preached?

Question:

I have read that Deborah did not offer sacrifices as the men did but did lead worship and preach. Can you provide scriptures to clarify this?

Answer:

I can't provide Scriptures because the claims are not based on Scripture. Deborah was a prophetess and served as a judge in Israel. "Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel at that time. She used to sit under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim; and the sons of Israel came up to her for judgment" (Judges 4:4-5). We also know that she and Barak sang a song commemorating their victory over the Canaanites (Judges 5:1). There is no statement that she led worship or preached.
