I keep falling into the same sin over and over. I never intend to do it, but it always happens. Can God help me? Will He forgive? Will you pray for me?

Usually, when these things happen, the person is expecting sin to stop without making any significant changes so as to avoid the temptation. Rather than allowing yourself to get into a habit of repeatedly sinning, look at why you are being tempted and do something that limits the temptation.
