How can I stay spiritually stable?

Sir,
Please, can you give me some advice on how to stay spiritually stable? Because I am never stable in my spiritual walk with God. Today I am strong in the Spirit, tomorrow I am weak. This has bothered me a lot because I gave my life to Jesus two years ago, but I still find it hard to maintain my spiritual stand. Your advice will really be helpful!

"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching" (Hebrews 10:23-25).
Many people see that the decision to follow Christ as their own, so they conclude that they can stay with that decision on their own as well. God tells us differently. We need encouragement to stay with our decisions. People who try to lose weight do better when they meet regularly with others who are also trying to lose weight and those who are there to encourage them to continue losing weight. It is no different in spiritual commitments. We need to have our "batteries recharged." We need regular reminders of what our goals are and why they are important.
This is why God has Christians meet in worship every week: "Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, ..." (Acts 20:7). He also had the Israelites do the same thing, only their day of worship was on Saturday, the Sabbath day. Thus, "... when you come together as a church ..." (I Corinthians 11:18), we worship together, teach each other, and encourage each other. It isn't optional, it is commanded and necessary.
"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head--Christ-- from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love" (Ephesians 4:11-16).
