Can’t instruments be an aid to singing?

In one of your articles, you present the question: "Where in the Bible is instrumental music forbidden?" I'm pretty sure I understand the meaning behind the question and believe I have an answer. This is all based on King David and his musical worship with the lute. See, David played a mechanical instrument for God to please Him, however, he also sang, he created many songs of praise to God and God was pleased. God does not want us to be silent. The only instrument God wants to speak for us is our voice. Only a human's voice can give praise from the heart. Yes, you can sing and alter your voice through electronics, this is acceptable because you made the offer of praise with your voice. An instrument is a tool to help with your singular voice to God. Mechanical devices cannot actually praise God, even if we are manipulating that instrument and focus on God. God wants to hear our voices praise Him if we feel we need a crutch like a guitar, etc, fine, but we must voice our worship of God, for if we do not, the mountains, the trees, the fouls of the air and the beasts of the land will do it for us, if this happens I can only imagine the kind of wrath God will bring down on humanity.

You must also consider that adding things that God hasn't permitted just because we like them will also incur God's wrath. God makes the rules, not ourselves. "I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ" (Galatians 1:6-10).
As you pointed out, instrumental music cannot fulfill the command to sing; therefore, they are being uses as an addition to what God has commanded. "Do not add to His words, lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar" (Proverbs 30:6). David was able to use instruments under the Old Law, but their use was commanded by God (Psalm 150), but such a command does not appear in the New Testament.
