Sexuality means much more than physical arousal and orgasm. Attached to a person's sexuality is the capacity to feel affection, to delight in someone else, to get emotionally close to another person, and to be passionately committed to him or her. Sexuality is central to that marvelous human experience, being in love—to be struck by the beauty of another person and be drawn out of yourself, to become attached to another so powerfully that you easily begin measuring your life in terms of what's good for someone else and not just for yourself.
To have to be afraid to feel sexual is to restrain that noblest of human possibilities, love. It is to short-circuit human spontaneity in a whole array of expressions—creativity, motivation, passion, commitment, heroic achievement. It is to be afraid of a part of one's own deepest self.

And from this, how do you conclude that sex is then allowed outside the bounds of a committed marriage relationship (which is what I must conclude is the point of your note)? "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4). How is it noble to use another person to satisfy your basic need and in the process build some bounds while refusing to tie yourself to that person?
Hunger is a basic human need, but we do no conclude that eating without boundaries is good for the human body. Nor is it logical to conclude that since sexual relations is a God-given desire that is important to humans that it to can be engaged in without boundaries. "And why not say, "Let us do evil that good may come"? --as we are slanderously reported and as some affirm that we say. Their condemnation is just" (Romans 3:8).
By the way, the actual quote is:
"Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye'; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! In context, its meaning is different than how you were attempting to apply it.

The interpretation seems to be convenient, it allows a choice of whom it applies to. If every person condemned to hell/death, comes true; heaven will be a very lonely place. The conditional love of our fellow man isn't at all what God teaches.
The word of God isn't supposed to be used as a weapon. Some day an original thought may sneak in, and then you can have an honest opinion. I'm glad my faith doesn't promote itself in an email address, as I see how it only hurts yours.
