Our teachers have years of experience with the Bible and helping people apply its wisdom to their lives. Every teacher is more knowledgeable in different parts of the Bible, so the topics available will depend on the teacher you select. We also realize that various students find it easier to relate to different teachers; thus, you can select a teacher for your study.

Jeff has been preaching for nearly 50 years, the last 30 of which have been at the La Vista Church of Christ. He is also one of the elders overseeing the congregation.

Raymond Warfel

Let me introduce myself,  I am Raymond Warfel. I have preached for over forty years and enjoy studying the Bible. I believe the Bible is the word of God, delivered to us so we can know what God wants us to do and be. I believe the Bible is understandable because God would not give us His word, expect us to follow it, and then make it impossible for us to understand. If you have Bible questions or want to study, I look forward to hearing from you. We can study in person or online, you choose. I will make every effort to make myself available most of the time.
