What does the term personal accountability mean?<\/p>\n\t
The phrase is not used in the Bible, but we sometimes speak about our personal accountability before God. By this, we are referring to the fact that each one of us must give an account to God regarding the things we personally have done. “So then each of us shall give account of himself to God<\/em>” (Romans 14:12).<\/p>\n In other words, when I face God in judgment I will be judged according to the things that I have done.
