Deuteronomy 4 is one of the most passionate calls to remember God’s goodness.<\/p>\n
Moses tells Israel to be careful not to forget it. Forgetting isn’t about memory loss; it’s about neglect. When we stop paying attention to God’s work, our hearts drift.<\/p>\n
Israel had seen miracles, deliverance, and God’s patience. But Moses knew how easy it is to let daily life crowd out spiritual awareness. We do the same. We get busy, distracted, overwhelmed, and suddenly God feels distant. It’s not because He moved, but because we stopped noticing Him.<\/p>\n
Keeping your soul diligently means intentionally remembering what God has done. It means pausing long enough to reflect on His faithfulness. It means guarding your heart from the slow drift that happens when life gets loud.<\/p>\n
Take a moment today to recall specific ways God has shown up for you. Write them down. Speak them out loud. Share them with someone.
