Moses is trying to handle everything himself.<\/p>\nEvery problem.<br \/>\nEvery dispute.<br \/>\nEvery responsibility.\n<p>And Jethro basically says, &#8220;This is not sustainable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A lot of us live like Moses. We take on too much. We assume everything depends on us. We push ourselves until we&#8217;re exhausted and then wonder why we feel overwhelmed. Jethro&#8217;s advice is simple: share the load. Delegate. Let others help. You&#8217;re not meant to carry everything.<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t just about workload; it&#8217;s about humility. It takes humility to admit you can&#8217;t do it all, it takes trust to let others step in, and it takes wisdom to recognize your limits.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re stretched thin, maybe God is reminding you to lighten the load, not by quitting your responsibility, but by letting others share it.
