A lot of us live like Moses. We take on too much. We assume everything depends on us. We push ourselves until we’re exhausted and then wonder why we feel overwhelmed. Jethro’s advice is simple: share the load. Delegate. Let others help. You’re not meant to carry everything.<\/p>\n
This isn’t just about workload; it’s about humility. It takes humility to admit you can’t do it all, it takes trust to let others step in, and it takes wisdom to recognize your limits.<\/p>\n
