It’s a tender picture of grief and responsibility living side by side. Abraham doesn’t rush past his pain, but he also doesn’t get stuck in it. He honors Sarah by grieving honestly and acting wisely.<\/p>\n
This reminds us that faith doesn’t erase grief. Faith gives us a way to walk through it. Sometimes Christians feel pressure to “be strong” or “stay positive,” but Abraham shows us that godly people cry real tears. Loss hurts. Change hurts. Endings hurt. And that’s okay.<\/p>\n
But Abraham also models something else: even in grief, we can take the next faithful step. Not all the steps, just the next one.<\/p>\n
If you’re navigating loss or transition, don’t deny it, but feel it. But also trust that God will help you rise, steady your heart, and guide you forward.<\/p>\n
Grief isn’t a sign of weak faith; it’s a sign of deep love.<\/p>\n
