Unless your son has good reason to suspect that she returned to her country to be with another man, his divorce was not due to fornication, so he would not be able to marry again until she dies. “And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery<\/em>” (Matthew 19:9).
