Can it continue for convenience?<\/p>\n\t<h2>Answer:<\/h2>\n<p>If a family wishes to establish a church in an area that doesn&#8217;t have a church nearby, that would be fine, but it means more than just having a worship service without having to leave the house. A church&#8217;s duty is to spread the Gospel. &#8220;<em>So that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places<\/em>&#8221; (Ephesians 3:10). That means getting out, teaching neighbors and inviting them to join the church.<\/p>\n<p>If you are merely wanting to avoid going to worship services, then you are not fulfilling the Lord&#8217;s command to assemble (Hebrews 10:25; I Corinthians 14:23).
