Sometimes, someone says, “I don’t want to flaunt my Christianity.”<\/p>\n
I get it, I think. They don’t want to seem “holier-than-thou.” I’d rather not believe they want to be closet Christians.<\/p>\n
But see, Christianity\u00a0is<\/strong> obvious. There must be some plain evidence that Christ has improved your life, some manifestation of the gospel at work in you.<\/p>\n In Luke 3, what John the baptizer was calling for was not all that radical, at least in one way. He wasn’t advocating for a career change or a vow of poverty. He simply said to be kinder, more generous, and more loving. But, it seems that kind of obvious change is <\/b>radical. This means that attitudes must change for actions to become different.
