Given that there are now no men among them, my question is: would it be acceptable in the New Testament for these women to gather on Sundays to worship God on their own, doing the elements of worship?

Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

Answer:

Since there are no men present, the women would not be usurping the authority of any man while conducting worship (I Timothy 2:12).

I’ve known of one congregation that existed without men for a number of years. However, they ran into a major problem. As soon as they managed to convert a man to the Gospel, that man was responsible for everything; yet, he wasn’t trained and without experience. The result was that the man quickly got burnt out and left the church. Dealing with male visitors could also cause difficulties if he is not a faithful and strong Christian.

As a result, I recommend that the women seek out a preacher, but they can continue to worship in the interim.

Response:

Thank you for your reply.

Question: Dear Brethren, I hope this message finds you well.
