I’ve read several of your articles on sports but needed more information. I love college sports and the friendly competition that’s behind them. Is there any biblical principle that prohibits playing or watching sports?<\/p>\n\t
The Bible mentions several sports and uses sports to illustrate a few concepts. See\u00a0Notes on Sports<\/a>. There is nothing wrong with competition. See: Is competitiveness wrong?<\/a><\/p>\n However, if sports cause you to act in an ungodly manner toward other people, cause excessive pride, keep you from serving God, or leads to gambling, then there is a problem.
