Video recordings of worship services are not a replacement for actually attending services. The command is for Christians to gather together in a location.<\/p>\n
It is nice that those, who are unable to attend because of health reasons, are able to watch the worship of their brethren, but it is not a replacement for actually attending.<\/p>\n
Since teaching is a part of worship, allowing non-Christians to see what worship is like and to listen to the messages being taught are good things.<\/p>\n\t

Last question: Is it recommended to not record live so brothers don’t get lazy and stay home? Maybe post it after worship hours?<\/p>\n\t
Generally, you can’t force people to do the right thing. You can only encourage them to live righteously.<\/p>\n
If someone is inclined to stay home, they will do so whether the recording is in real-time (live) or after the fact. When the recording is posted won’t change the behavior.<\/p>\n\t
