I’m assuming this church advertised that they would have an egg hunt after services. Thus, they used entertainment as a draw to get people to attend their worship services. “Jesus answered them and said, ‘Truly, truly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal’<\/em>” (John 6:27-28). Games and amusement are not wrong as a part of the home, but they are not a part of why people should come to worship God. “If anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, so that you will not come together for judgment<\/em>” (I Corinthians 11:34).<\/p>\n\tResponse:<\/h2>\n
