What you are implying in your question is that who a person chooses to have sex with somehow innately defines who the person is. God doesn’t see it that way. People can change and God has gone out of His way to help people change. “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him<\/em>” (John 3:16-17).<\/p>\n But God is also just. Sin is harmful and those who remain in sin must be punished. God prefers not to have to condemn people, but if they won’t give up their sin, then God is left with no other choice. ” “Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, each according to his conduct,” declares the Lord GOD. “Repent and turn away from all your transgressions, so that iniquity may not become a stumbling block to you.
