Resisting temptation is always difficult. “Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world<\/em>” (I Peter 5:8-9).<\/p>\n You need to look at yourself and decide what is driving you to sin. Your body’s need to ejaculate is a contributing factor, but there is more going on than this. I suspect that you use this as a stress release and have also told yourself that no girl would want to marry you. Every excuse that you may give has alternatives that don’t involve sin. The difficult part is that you have to choose the sinless ways. No one can make you do right, just as no one actually can make you do wrong. All I have is encouragement.<\/p>\n Jesus once said, “If your right eye makes you stumble, tear it out and throw it from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. If your right hand makes you stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body to go into hell<\/em>” (Matthew 5:29-30). Jesus is not talking about maiming yourself, but he is making a point that sometimes it takes extreme measures to keep away from sin. If massage parlors are your weakness then stop using them. Stop walking through that section of town. If you are tense, learn stretching routines to relax your body.
