Suppose someone came up to you and said, “I have this habit of stealing. Can you provide me a solution?” I suspect you would say, “Stop stealing and get a job.” “He who steals must steal no longer; but rather he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with one who has need<\/i>” (Ephesians 4:28).<\/p>\n “Men do not despise a thief if he steals to satisfy himself when he is hungry; but when he is found, he must repay sevenfold; he must give all the substance of his house. The one who commits adultery with a woman is lacking sense; he who would destroy himself does it. No one makes you do these things, they are personal choices. For that reason, no one can make you behave. You have to practice self-control.
