The logo chosen for the New King James Version by Thomas Nelson Publishers is called a triquetra. From Nelson’s front page: “Triquetra (from a Latin word meaning “three-cornered”) is an ancient symbol for the Trinity. It comprises three interwoven arcs, distinct yet equal and inseparable, symbolizing that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are three distinct yet equal Persons and indivisibly One God.”<\/p>\n
That the KJV-only crowd wishes to read more into a simple logo for a publication is not unusual. Like other conspiracy theorist groups, they see evil where none exists and overlook true evil. It is true that Christians through the ages have used various symbols which are then hijacked by the wicked to taunt Christianity. But misuse by one group doesn’t change what the symbol meant for another group. I could find no reference of a triquetra being used to represent something called “dagod.”<\/p>\n
This is likely why there is no symbol authorized by God for the Christian faith.<\/p>\n
Notice that by focusing on a logo, no real discussion about the accuracy and reliability of a translation takes place. Instead, emphasis is placed on stirring up emotions of hatred and panic. But that is because the KJV-only crowd cannot prove that the 1611 translation was inspired or faithful to the original Greek and Hebrew texts. They are only left using fear tactics.<\/p>\n\t

Totally disagree! Try casting a devil out! Without it! You never answer the changing in scriptures in the NKJB! I will stick with KJB and allowed the Holy Sprit to interpret scripture with scripture!
