This passage from God’s Bible forms a complete answer to your rebuttal, but I’ll add a few more comments just the same. When a person chooses to marry, they are giving consent to have sexual relations with their spouse. Unlike your contention, the consent is equal between the husband and the wife. Since the consent is given at the time of marriage, rape cannot be charged.<\/p>\n
If a sexual act is being forced upon a spouse, two sins are occurring:<\/p>\n

- An improper withholding of sex from a spouse, thus presenting the spouse with temptations that ought not to be present in a marriage.<\/li>\n
