What if I&#8217;m trying to stop, but it&#8217;s such a habit it slips out sometimes, out loud and even in my head? I say it even if I don&#8217;t mean to. I want to stop now that I know all of that is wrong to say, but I don&#8217;t know, it seems difficult.<\/p>\n\t<h2>Answer:<\/h2>\n<p>We don&#8217;t make changes in our lives because it is the easiest thing to do. Changes are made because it is the right thing to do, even if those changes can be a struggle.<\/p>\n<p>I find it easier to say nothing at all. The vast majority of the time the words are just empty filler, giving no additional meaning to the sentence being said. If I hurt myself, I say &#8220;ouch!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>If you find you make a slip, then apologize to God and work a bit harder at controlling your tongue. &#8220;<em>For we all stumble in many things.
