Well, I am married and the only problem we have is that she goes to another church that’s not a church of Christ. To be honest it not really the church that we’re clashing on, even though that’s wrong as well. It’s the dancing that she does that she still commits to doing. Every time I want to discuss it, we will argue, and I’m not trying to do that. Everything else I teach her she agrees with but she feels she’s been called to dance. The reasons that she gives me aren’t biblical (she can’t prove it when asked) but more emotional and how she feels. I’ve broken it down every way possible and showed her everything you told me, proved my points and everything but she still denies it. I’m at a loss right now, and I don’t know what to do.<\/p>\n\t
You’ve done everything you can do. She has to make up her own mind. Too often we forget that a Christian’s duty is to teach the truth, not to get people to believe the truth. It is really hard when someone you care about is more interested in what they want to do than what God wants them to do. You planted the seed, now you have to be patient and let it grow.<\/p>\n
