\nWe believe that after a child is born on the 8th day, the parent should bring himher unto the House of the Lord for dedication unto the Lord – 1 Sam. 1:22; Luke. 22:22-24; Matt. 19:13-15.<\/blockquote>\nIt is true that the Redeemed Christian Church does not refer to itself as a denomination, but I refer to it as one because it functions as a denomination. For example, it places the church organization as the authority, “Rebellion against Church Ministers is against the Will of God.” It has an earthly headquarters as stated in “Our Vision\/Mission.” These are typical elements of a denomination where men are followed.<\/p>\n
