I have gone from the a motivated, enthusiastic, happy go lucky person to a depressed, fearful wretch and cannot seem to recover.\u00a0 I know you will tell me to seek professional help, which I am.\u00a0 I see a doctor and am on medication.\u00a0 I search the Internet and read the Bible every day. Since it doesn’t appear to be medically based if you are seeing a doctor, then I would assume it is your attitude toward life which has changed. What happened to shift your view of the world? Too many people allow external events to shape their moods. Instead, we should learn to find contentment no matter what life throws our way. “Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound.
