The verse says &#8220;<em>all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.<\/em>&#8221; So that anyone who is a true Christian became one by calling on the name of the Lord. You can then refer to Paul&#8217;s conversion to explain what &#8220;call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord&#8221; means, i.e. baptism to have our sins washed away (Acts 22:16).\nThank you for your time,\n\t<h2>Answer:<\/h2>\n<p>Yes, Paul&#8217;s statement indicates that all Christians became Christians in the same manner.\u00a0 &#8220;Calling on the name of the Lord&#8221; means to appeal to a command issued by the Lord.
