Since Israel traces it&#8217;s lineage to Abraham and more specifically to Jacob, Abraham&#8217;s grandson, who was also called Israel, Job is not of that lineage so he would be a Gentile to an Israelite.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Question: Was Job a Gentile?
