Knowing how many times a particular topic is mentioned in the Bible does neither you nor those listening to you any good. Something could be mentioned only once and be absolutely critical to know. Or, something could be mentioned many times, but it is only an incidental. You cannot know until you understand the topic. And you can only understand the topic by living it. “For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.
