Now, why would I or any sensible preacher want to add a direct contradiction to a sermon?<\/p>\nYou stated: “When we accept him as our Lord and Savior we are forgiven.” Peter stated, “Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit<\/em>” (Acts 2:38).
