How does He pick them out? Why does He not make everyone suffer? Some of us have much more severe issues that last for years and then others get a little slap on the wrist issue and it’s over in no time. Some don’t have any problems at all! I need a real answer. Everyone is preaching this stuff but can’t answer the question without textbook answers and scriptures that only make it more confusing.

Yes, I believe in God, but I am confused by His ways to the point that it’s frustrating. I see more adulterers, thieves, liars, and killers get more grace and blessings than those that are hardworking, not cheating, praying, going to church and wouldn’t hurt a fly. It’s weird. For it to be written that such things are wicked and frowned upon are the very things that people get away with. Reality is no lie! They live it up, honey. I’m not saying they should be struck down or whatever, but how do they get little to no suffering in their lives? I only see sunshine on them, never the rain that I hear that blessings supposedly fall on the just and the unjust. Don’t tell me God’s way are good and yada, yada, yada — that’s not the question: if His ways are good or not.

If you answer my question thanks, If not, I understand and still I thank you for having a place where I was able to ask a question due to my ignorance about life, God, and sins.

Answer:

“Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen” (I Peter 4:11).

I’m limited to discussing what God revealed. In this case, both Psalms 37 and Psalms 73 discuss the very thing you ask and they are not difficult to understand. If you think this life is all that there is, then, yes, it appears that some of the wicked seem to get away with everything, though in reality, they are walking into a trap. But this life is short and it is the life to come that you should be focused on.

Question: Hi, Why does God bless some and not others if we are all sinners and deserve nothing at all?
