Here there is a building up from niceties of life (figs) to more important fruit (grapes) to fruit that is used in many ways (olives) to food (grain) to meat and clothing (sheep) to meat and working animals (oxen). The point is that no matter how bad life gets, the believer still rejoices in God.<\/p>\n

Give unto the LORD, O you mighty ones,<\/p>\n
Give unto the LORD glory and strength.<\/p>\n
Give unto the LORD the glory due to His name;<\/p>\n
