Hi I'm 16 right now and my left testicle feels awkward sometimes. It's not actually painful, but it does get uncomfortable, especially when I exercise. Could it be like varicocele or something? If yes, should I see a doctor?

Varicoceles have been linked with feritilty problems. Whether it should be treated depends on the severity of the problem. Since I can't see you or know exactly what is going on, the safest course is to discuss the problem with your doctor. A worse you will have spent some money and the doctor tells you it is nothing to worry about. A best, you have caught a potential problem early.
