My question is: What of Africa? Was the gospel preached there? Because I can still trace back to the times when the Gospel first came to these lands, and it wasn't in those times.
Answer:
Among the visiting Jews who heard the first gospel sermon were people from Egypt, Libya, and Cyrene (Acts 2:10), which are countries along the northern parts of Africa.
The eunuch in Acts 8:27ff was from the Ethiopia, which is a country in Africa. He was converted as he was returning to his country.
So the Gospel did reach Africa. We know from history that there were churches established along the northern coast of Africa fairly early. It shouldn't be hard to understand the spread from there across the rest of Africa.
